Annual Review

2025 Year-End Review

We take the opportunity to briefly reflect on the past year and share a few thoughts.

First and foremost, we are proud to have launched two new Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) with UBS as the issuer during the course of the year.

In February, we introduced the NDT US-Equities Momentum (USD) strategy. Despite a challenging start driven by US tariffs, the strategy captured solid momentum by adhering to a rule-based and systematic investment approach within US large-cap equities. As a result, the strategy delivered a positive performance in 8 out of 12 months, achieving a net return of +13.7% over the full year.

In September, we followed with the launch of the NDT Europe-Equities Quality Momentum (EUR) strategy. The strategy combines our momentum and quality approaches and invests in a selection out of 600 European equities, implemented through the same disciplined, rule-based framework. Over the full year, the strategy also achieved positive performance in 8 out of 12 months, with a net return of +19.9%.

Alongside the launch of these two strategies, our NDT Global Multi Asset Momentum (USD) strategy continued to perform well in 2025, delivering a net return of +12.6%.

Most importantly when reflecting on 2025, we were fortunate to gain the trust of a growing number of Swiss asset managers, family offices and private investors. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all new investors and sincerely thank you for the time, openness and trust shown during the many conversations we were able to have throughout the year.

In other news, we are pleased to have been recognized by our alma mater as an official HSG Startup. Speaking of academia, we are proud to share that our partner Andreu has successfully submitted his master’s thesis at the University of St.Gallen, demonstrating that trend reversals in momentum strategies can be significantly reduced through machine-learning.

While 2025 year-end performance looks encouraging and the start into the new year has been supported by favorable market moves, we do not want to overlook the periods of volatility experienced during 2025 and the emotions that came with them. Relying on a robust, rule-based strategy provides clarity and discipline, but it can also feel challenging during difficult phases. These moments have been both demanding and instructive for us as a team.

With that, we would like to once again thank you for your continued trust, valuable feedback and the many thoughtful exchanges throughout the year. We will continue to do everything in our power to make 2026 a successful year and look forward to staying closely connected with all of you.

Many thanks,
Adrian, Andreu & Loris
